TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Our cancellation policy is if modified or cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged. If cancelled or modified later, or in case of no-show, 50 percent of the total price of the reservation will be charged. A fifty percent deposit will be charged at the time of booking, and will be refunded if canceled or modified at least 30 days prior to arrival. No pets are allowed on property. No children are allowed. Cooking is not allowed in any rooms except The Cottage. Quite time if from 10pm – 6AM. Check-In is from 4:00pm – 7:00pm, we close the gate on our road shortly thereafter to avoid disturbing our guests with late arrivals, so please be on time for check-in. No smoking in any rooms or main house.
