We’ve been having daily visits of elk, lately its been a herd of about 50 cows and calves with a few young bulls. I’ve included a short video we shot from the Offutt Room, which is located in the main house of Windmill Inn. You may have notice the picture on our home page slideshow of elk in the river, that was taken in the fall where they cross the river at the bottom of our driveway. These guys came from that direction and then walked up the hill behind the inn. In the evening they come off the hill and head to the river for a drink.
